Welcome dear sisters for a special Mini-Retreat during Women's Month to celebrate the Spring Equinox!

Whereas patriarchal messaging tells us a new year begins in January; we prefer to listen to the ancient wisdom of nature’s seasons. As the creative sparks of new life arrive, Spring feels like the perfect time to gather again - beginning the work of identifying & manifesting dreams for the year to come by creating vision boards. The theme of our spring retreat: INSPIRATION. 

This experience is open to anyone who identifies as a sister. 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️

Date: Saturday March 21st, 2026

Time: Arrive after 10:30 am ~ we will begin promptly at 11:00 & do our best to wrap up around 18:00 ~ there is spaciousness to linger together a bit longer after we finish our closing circle 💞

Location: At a private home in Lillandet, Nagu ~ surrounded by forest & just a short walk to the sea ~ exact address will be sent to participants directly.

We warmly welcome you to our little slice of forest island paradise & are happy to assist you in finding your way here. If you are traveling from nearby Turku or Pargas, we can help coordinate ride shares.

The home where we will gather for our Mini-Retreat is only a 10 minute walk from the nearest bus stop in Hangslax. The local bus timetables can be found here: https://tlo.fi/reitit-ja-aikataulut/saaristobussi/. The bus arrives to Hangslax about ten minutes before the scheduled arrival in Nagu Center.

About the facilitators:

Rakas Kakaw Founder, Nicole Flora Cramer, is a trained & experienced Cacao Guide; Yoga Teacher & Sacred Facilitator of Women's Circles. A former coach of dance & gymnastics, Nicole finds more balance these days in teaching yoga & guiding freestyle dance activations. In devotion to her path as a spaceholder for women's connection & empowerment, Nicole completed a 5-month advanced training with the Global Sisterhood in 2022. She has also studied & continues to work in reciprocity with Mayan elders from K'iche, Kaqchikel & Tzʼutujil lineages to deepen her understanding of ceremonial cacao & Mayan culture. Jenny Präktig is a bodyworker, healer, yoga teacher and workshopfacilitator. She has studied pysiotherapy, shiatsu, ayurveda, yoga and nordic shamanism and at the moment she studies emotional zoneteraphy. Jenny wants to help her customers to heal from the inside out and to get a deeper connection with their body, emotions and energies. In her facilitaton work shamanism and connection with the elements and natural forces is a big focus and to give the participant a good exprerience. Anna Strandö is a massage therapist, yoga teacher, musician, and artist - in other words, a small business owner with many different passions. Her work in the health and healing field always includes themes of deep self-connection, finding balance between mind, body, and soul, and honoring our own inner process while lovingly meeting ourselves where we currently are. Through her treatments and her yoga courses she helps people reconnect with themselves and their bodies, and to both safely face discomfort, and unlock hidden potential. Anna is especially dedicated to creating safe spaces for her clients to feel all feelings and find the courage to dive into their own genuine inner worlds, whatever they may hold. She also loves to play around with expressive and intuitive painting, and is building a career in music as a singer and event producer here in our archipelago, creating original and creative concert projects together with her husband Adrian.
